The myYES Client Portal is operated by Your Employment Solutions to give approved client users access to staffing program information, reports, requests, and related service tools.
Information we use
We use information needed to operate the portal and support your staffing relationship with YES, including:
- Account details such as your name, work email, role, client organization, and login activity.
- Staffing program data available to your organization, including orders, invoices, reports, associate records, ratings, requests, and messages.
- Usage, security, audit, and support details such as browser information, timestamps, page activity, error details, and support notes.
How we use it
We use portal information to authenticate users, provide staffing services, answer support requests, secure the portal, maintain audit logs, improve reliability, and meet contractual or legal obligations.
Sharing and safeguards
Portal information is shared only as needed with YES team members, authorized users for your client organization, service providers that support the portal, or when required by law or contract. We do not sell portal account data.
YES uses role-based access, client scoping, encrypted connections, audit logging, and operational controls to protect portal data.
Your choices
Contact your YES account manager to request access changes, user removal, notification updates, or corrections to portal information.

By signing in to the myYES Client Portal, you agree to use the portal only for authorized business related to your staffing relationship with Your Employment Solutions.
Authorized access
- Use only your own account. Do not share passwords, invite links, reset links, or session access.
- Keep your contact information current and notify YES promptly if access should be changed or removed.
- Report suspected unauthorized access, incorrect permissions, or unusual activity to your YES account manager.
Responsible use
Portal data is provided for legitimate staffing operations. Do not use it to access another client's information, scrape or reverse engineer the portal, bypass controls, or share confidential staffing information outside approved business needs.
Requests and data accuracy
Requests submitted through the portal are service requests and may require YES review or confirmation before action is complete. Reports and dashboards may reflect timing differences from source systems; contact YES if a number appears incorrect or urgent.
Availability and changes
YES may update, limit, suspend, or remove portal access to protect the system, support client administration, perform maintenance, or comply with business, legal, or security requirements.
